So what is shiatsu massage, you wonder?
Shiatsu is a complete technique of Japanese origin whose purpose is to restore the energy balance of body and mind.
The whole body is worked by applying pressure with the fingers at certain specific points while applying rotating and stretching movements.
The process is done in a calming, relaxing massage environment where candles and scents are burned, and sounds from a Tibetan sound bowl are created for the benefit of the mind.
This kind of massage therapy has numerous specific advantages that all stimulate and harmonizes energy to benefit well-being and health.
Over dozen of great benefits for mind and body.
As said, shiatsu benefits both the mind and body. There are many specific advantages for both categories, including;
For You Who Needs To Relax More
During sound therapy, a Tibetan singing bowl produces a deep, relaxing noise that brings your senses to another level.
The noise from the Tibetan singing bowl produces sound waves so that you can feel the vibrations in your body, creating relaxation for the body as well. Remember, the mind and body are connected.
Sound therapy will cleanse your mind for a better mental state if you suffer from insomnia, stress, or anxiety, and you will gain benefits for the body as well.
